FREIGHT AUTOMATION BY HOGS Limited Partnership (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. j.) places great importance on respecting the privacy of individuals whose personal data and other information it processes in connection with their use of the Hogs.navi product.

FREIGHT AUTOMATION BY HOGS values the privacy of all individuals and aims to provide detailed and clear information about the purposes of processing data collected from these individuals, the rules for its use in relation to the services offered, and the principles of their utilization.

FREIGHT AUTOMATION BY HOGS adheres to privacy protection standards for users of its services, including digital services, particularly regarding personal data, intellectual property rights, and personal rights, as prescribed by applicable laws, including the Data Protection Act, the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and the Civil Code.

The Hogs.navi navigation application includes features that require location information from the device for proper operation. Your location can be determined via satellite, mobile networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or other network-based positioning methods.

When using the navigation for the first time, you will receive a notification requesting permission to share your location data with FREIGHT AUTOMATION BY HOGS products/services. You can change your permissions at any time in the app settings (“Location Sharing”). Note that you might need to adjust system settings to disable background access to your location data.

If you consent to location sharing, we will store your identifier (user ID), which is linked to the travel information sent to FREIGHT AUTOMATION BY HOGS products/services at regular intervals. We use various security techniques and measures, such as encryption during transmission, to protect your travel information from unauthorized access.

You can change your permissions at any time in the app settings (“Location Sharing”). If you stop sharing location data, the identifier (User ID) will no longer be sent to FREIGHT AUTOMATION BY HOGS products/services.

By consenting to location sharing while using the app in the background, you confirm that we can continue collecting your location information, as knowing your current location is crucial for sending you up-to-date road information. If you wish to stop sharing location data, you can change your permissions anytime in the app settings (“Location Sharing”).

To use the Hogs.navi navigation application, you must create an account. We require the following information:

– Phone number: This serves as your username for logging into your Hogs.navi account.
A one-time authorization code will be sent to the provided phone number for login purposes. The one-time authorization code acts as a password for logging in.

To fully utilize the Hogs.navi navigation application, additional information such as vehicle type, dimensions, and EURO classification must be added.

Using the Hogs.navi navigation application allows you to save settings and preferences for route planning.

Error Logs and Diagnostics, Firebase Installation Identifier

To ensure the application functions as expected and to improve user experience, you provide data about how and when you use the app. This includes information about your device, operating software, analytics, technical, and diagnostic data—such as when the app crashes.

We use third-party analytics software (Firebase) to analyze diagnostic data.
Users of our application are categorized based on aggregated data, such as frequency of use, specific features accessed, regional information (country and city), and device details.
